"Stranger Things" is a science fiction show set in the 80's about the town of Hawkins, Indiana. When a child goes missing, his friends, family, and the chief of police all discover the supernatural force that stole him away to an apocalyptic place called the Upside Down. 

​

My costumes are all based on the character Eleven, a girl who escapes from a testing laboratory and meets some new friends. She has telekinetic powers, aka she can move things with her mind. It unfortunately gives her a nosebleed, but it helps save the town and its people on several occasions.

Snowball Dress- 

(top right) It was made of a grey-blue cotton with hand painted pink dots. The bodice is lined with white fabric, and the skirt is cut at a diagonal with hot pink piping separating the pieces. The piping is also featured on the neckline. It has a puffed sleeve, a flared skirt, and was fastened with a zipper. Worn with a teal hair band, blue hair clip, tights, and black shoes.

Pink Makeover Dress-

(middle right) This was made of a light pink cotton and featured smocking in the front bodice. Done with orange thread and other colors to make a pattern. Has gathered elastic sleeves, a white Peter Pan collar, and a flared skirt, all fastened with a zipper. Worn with Converse, tube socks, a blonde wig, and, of course, Eggo waffles.

Punk Makeover Look-

(bottom right) This look was completely thrifted and altered. Everything stayed the same, except the t-shirt. It was worn with a white shirt underneath the black, and the black had holes cut into it to reveal the white shirt. Worn with white socks, Converse, and "Stranger Things" enamel pins on the lapel.
